About Krishna Vyas, BA(Econ), MSS (DevComm), MPhil (Telemed), MSW, RSW

Hello! My name is Krishna, (she/her).

Navigating the complexities of mental health can be challenging, but I believe that with the right strategies and support, we can transform our experiences and grow through them.

I believe in the transformative power of human connection and strive to create a safe space for individuals to explore their inner selves without judgment. Together, we can identify patterns that contribute to feelings of disconnection and work towards fostering deeper connections with yourself and others.

Throughout my 10 years in the field, I’ve supported children, adolescents, and adults, fostering a safe and honest dialogue that encourages growth and meaningful change. I’ve spent the past decade in three different countries helping individuals and families understand and manage their emotions, relationships, and life challenges.

I’m a Social Worker and Psychotherapist and am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, OCSWSSW.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and The Gottman Method

I’m committed to empowering my clients to tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I also work with motor vehicle accident clients and their spouses, helping them find healing amidst complex injuries and losses. In couples therapy, I enjoy enhancing connection and understanding toward reducing conflict and increasing intimacy between both parties.

I am currently accepting new clients.

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help us determine if we’re a good fit for each other. I look forward to meeting you! To book your New Client Consultation, email me or book online.

I provide services in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
