About Kim Antonioni, HBA (Psych), RRP, CVRP, RTWDM

Hello! My name is Kim, (she/her).

I am a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Vocational Evaluator and PGAP Clinician. (most people don’t know what that is, and that’s okay)

I help individuals navigate their career paths and overcome challenges. My friendly and empathetic demeanor fosters strong relationships with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. My passion for helping others is evident in my commitment to empowering them to navigate their career paths and improve their quality of life. I believe in providing them with the tools and resources necessary for success.

I have over two decades of experience providing guidance and support to clients in this way, and I love this work!

In my role as a vocational evaluator, I conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ strengths, interests, and potential areas for growth. This in-depth understanding of each client’s capabilities enables the creation of customized plans that lead to successful outcomes.

As a certified PGAP provider, I am skilled in facilitating the Progressive Goal Attainment Program, a structured intervention designed to help clients overcome barriers to rehabilitation and reintegration. This evidence-based approach empowers clients to set and achieve meaningful goals, fostering a sense of purpose and accomplishment.

I use a holistic approach and am committed to supporting individuals throughout their vocational journey and improving their overall quality of life.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, the tranquility of my cottage and being out on the seadoos with my sons.

I provide services in English

My work with Midtown is currently limited to special projects and consultation.

The small print for those who like to know: I am a member in good standing of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA), the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS), and the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP).

Is there something else you’d like to know about me and my work at Midtown? Just ask.
