Hello! My name is Brian.
I’m an attentive listener and skilled provider of occupational therapy services. I’m registered with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapist and have extensive experience working with people in recovery, whether related to accident injuries or other physical and mental health conditions.
I speak English and am pleased to also work with language interpreters.
My goal is to assist you in your recovery and eventual return to meaningful activity. I have expertise in hospital discharge planning, and assessment and treatment related to in-home, community, workplace and school functioning. I provide equipment recommendations and client-centred intervention to help you maximize your participation in roles that are important to you. My role as your occupational therapist involves working with you and your health care team toward your rehabilitation goals.
I earned my Masters in Occupational Therapy and have completed post – graduate continuing education in ergonomics and postural alignment, cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, concussion treatment, and pain management.
Personally, I love learning, exploring the outdoors, taking care of and challenging my body and mind, and hanging with friends and family. I look forward to getting to know you.
